Key Features

PPM WorkEngine supports many functions for which there are few generally accepted standards and procedures. Approaches to resource management, capacity planning, and project portfolio management vary widely. In this evolutionary environment the best source of current trends and techniques are others who use PPM WorkEngine and those who design and implement the PPM solutions and software. Our Advanced PPM WorkEngine workshop is structured not only to provide training in some of the lesser understood features of PPM WorkEngine but to provide a forum for you to interact and learn from other practitioners and experts in less formal ways. Two features designed to encourage this are:

Question & Answer Sessions - Each day will conclude with a Q&A sessions where our panel of experts will address questions related to the day’s topics.

Individual Breakout Sessions - Meet with our EPM consultants to answer your questions, develop implementation strategies, resolve technical or process issues, design custom reporting solutions, or provide mentoring in use of EPK-Suite and Project Server to help your organization realize the value of their investment.
