Join us in South Florida for PPM WorkEngine Advanced,a three day workshop where you'll gain hands-on experience in the advanced capabilities of PPM WorkEngine (formerly EPK-Suite). Learn how to better meet the needs of project organizations through in-depth training in configuring PPM WorkEngine to effectively support project portfolio, resource, and cost management functions.  

PPM WorkEngine Advanced offers experienced PPM WorkEngine users an opportunity to:

  • Learn advanced techniques
  • Improve support of PM business processes
  • Apply new functionality to their business requirements
  • Collaborate with other users to identify methods and techniques that will benefit their organization

Core Sessions of PPM WorkEngine Advanced will cover specific topics and techniques to support:

  • Cost management
  • Resource management
  • Program/portfolio management

In addition, Rich Murphy will introduce the new capabilities of the upcoming release of PPM WorkEngine and discuss the impact of the recent acquisition of the EPKGroup by LMR Solutions. Breakout sessions will be held to provide training and consulting addressing topics unique to your organization.

Logistics: The course will be held at the il Lugano Hotel with class times from 8:30 to 4:30 each day. Lunch will be provided. Forté Systems will host dinner at a local restaurant on Wednesday evening.
